  HOW TO PREPARE
• 1. Soak the seamoss in a bowl of spring water for 6-10 hours. You can also squeeze a key lime in the water while it sooks or leave the lime in there.
• 2. Throw away the water it was soaking in and give it one more rinse.
• 3. Boil the seamoss for 5 minutes with spring water.
• 4. Let the water cool down a little then blend the seamoss and water. The warm water allows the seamoss to blend easier and it will be much smoother with no bits The less water you add the thicker it will be. The more water you add the thinner it will be. You can blend it with walnuts, cooked fonio, baby bananas, ginger, key lime, dates or agave if you want. Store it in a glass container.
• Sea Moss can last in the fridge for 3-4 weeks. You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. You can also pour it into an ice-cube tray and freeze the sea moss for later use.
